Mylo Studio AI Global Video Creation Competition
These rules cover eligibility, Russian-language vertical AI video requirements, required materials, rights, potential partnership opportunities, review standards, and disqualification conditions.

Eligibility
- Individuals, teams, students, studios, and companies may participate.
- Participants must be of legal age in their jurisdiction or have required guardian/representative consent.
- Participants must comply with applicable local law.
- The organizer may reject submissions from jurisdictions where participation is legally restricted.

Submission Format
Works should be Russian-language vertical AI videos. Themes are open. Accepted formats include short drama scenes, narrative shorts, concept shorts, character pieces, world-building videos, atmosphere videos, AI-generated videos, AI-assisted videos, and experimental storytelling videos.
- Recommended duration is 1 to 3 minutes; the system accepts a maximum of 3 minutes / 180 seconds.
- Works should reflect Russian-language regional background: characters, places, atmosphere, cultural details, or a story Russian-speaking audiences can understand and connect with.

Technical Specifications
- Recommended format: MP4 or MOV.
- Recommended aspect ratio: vertical 9:16.
- Recommended resolution: 1080×1920 or higher.
- Audio should be clear.
- Russian should be the primary language, expressed through dialogue, voiceover, subtitles, or on-screen text.
- English subtitles are optional and not required.
- If the work includes non-Russian segments, provide Russian subtitles or Russian voiceover so Russian-speaking audiences can understand it.

Accepted Video Links
- YouTube unlisted.
- Vimeo private.
- VK Video.
- RUTUBE.
- Other accessible video platforms are accepted if judges can open the preview directly.

Accepted Source File Links
- Yandex Disk, Google Drive, Dropbox, or the official upload system.
- Other downloadable links are accepted if judges can access and download the source file.
- Password-protected links are allowed only if the password is submitted in the form.

AI Usage
- The work must be AI-generated or AI-assisted.
- Participants must disclose the AI tools used and briefly explain how AI was used in video, image, voice, music, editing, writing, translation, subtitles, or post-production.
- Participants remain responsible for copyright, likeness, voice, music, fonts, brands, footage, and other third-party materials.

Content Restrictions
- No unauthorized copyrighted characters, worlds, music, footage, logos, or brands.
- No illegal content.
- No hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or extremist content.
- No defamatory content.
- No content that violates platform rules or event standards.
- No impersonation of real individuals, institutions, official media, or government bodies.
- No misleading presentation of AI-generated content as real news, real events, or real-person statements.

Rights and License
Participants retain copyright ownership. By submitting, participants grant the organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted videos and related materials for judging, event administration, website display, event promotion, social media, press, live or online events, official campaign materials, subtitles, translation, thumbnails, excerpts, edits, recap videos, internal review, and potential partnership discussions. This license is not a copyright transfer. Any commercial development, distribution, investment, purchase, signing, co-production, licensing, or other deeper cooperation requires a separate written agreement.

Partnership Opportunity Notice
Up to €600,000 in potential partnership opportunities does not mean a fixed prize, cash award, investment commitment, purchase commitment, or payment guarantee for any entrant, finalist, or selected work. Any cooperation, amount, scope, and terms will depend on the quality of the work, commercial potential, development plan, rights clearance, further discussions, and a separate written agreement. The organizer may decide not to grant any partnership opportunity.

- Potential for short drama or further content development.
- Commercial cooperation potential.
- Rights clarity.

Disqualification
- Video exceeds 3 minutes.
- Broken or inaccessible links.
- Source file cannot be downloaded.
- Required information is missing.
- AI usage is not disclosed.
- Rights cannot be proven.
- Copyright, likeness, music, font, brand, or other third-party rights infringement.
- Illegal content or violation of event standards.
- False information.
- Work clearly does not fit the Russian-language AI video direction.
