These terms provide the legal basis for eligibility, submission requirements, participant warranties, privacy, the promotional license, and potential partnership discussions.

Competition Terms

These terms govern submissions to Mylo Studio AI Global Video Creation Competition. By submitting, participants agree to these rules and any event-specific instructions published by the organizer.

Eligibility

Participants must be legally able to enter the competition or have required guardian/representative consent. Participation must comply with applicable local law. The organizer may reject entries from legally restricted jurisdictions.

Submission Requirements

Participants must provide required work information, AI usage disclosure, and required consent confirmations. Preview links, source file links, project PDFs, and other supplemental materials are optional.

Participant Warranties

Participants represent and warrant that they have all rights necessary to submit the work and grant the license described in these terms.

Organizer License

By submitting, the participant grants the organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, screen, excerpt, caption, subtitle, translate, create thumbnails from, edit for length, and distribute submitted materials in connection with competition judging, event administration, website display, social media promotion, press, live or online events, recap videos, official campaign materials, internal review, and potential partnership discussions.

Partnership Opportunities

Partnership opportunities are not a fixed prize, cash award, investment commitment, purchase commitment, signing commitment, or payment guarantee. The organizer may, based on work quality, commercial potential, development plan, rights status, and further communication, choose to discuss possible cooperation with selected participants. Any development, distribution, investment, licensing, purchase, employment, co-production, or other commercial cooperation requires a separate written agreement. The organizer may decide not to grant any partnership opportunity.

Promotional Use

If a work is shortlisted, selected, or chosen for official presentation, the organizer may publish or screen it on official websites, official social media channels, partner media, event pages, and live or online event programs within the submitted license.

AI and Third-Party Materials

AI-generated or AI-assisted content is required for this competition. Participants must disclose AI use and confirm that they own or have secured all rights necessary for video, images, music, fonts, voices, likenesses, characters, brands, footage, AI-generated content, outputs derived from training materials, and other third-party materials.

Disqualification

The organizer may disqualify submissions for excessive duration, missing required information, broken links, unavailable source downloads, undisclosed AI usage, missing consent, false information, copyright infringement, illegal content, misleading AI-generated content, or violation of event standards.

Privacy Policy

Submission data is collected to administer the competition, review eligibility, contact participants, send confirmations, conduct judging, manage authorized promotion, perform internal review, and support potential partnership discussions. Data is not sold.

Data Retention

Submission records, video links, source file links, optional supplemental materials, and related authorization records may be retained for event administration, legal, audit, archival, promotional-rights tracking, and potential partnership discussions. Participants should keep preview and source links active until at least 90 days after results are announced.
